Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@MarKomX.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the MarKomX account.
  • The company name on the account, if applicable.
  • A clear statement that you want your personal data deleted.
  • Any specific data or content you want removed, if not everything.

2. What we delete

Once your identity is confirmed, we delete:

  • Your user account and profile information.
  • Marketing content inputs, brand assets, and project documents that you uploaded.
  • AI prompts, outputs, and revision history in your workspace.
  • Emails, support tickets, and non-essential communications linked to your account.
  • Analytics identifiers tied to your individual account.

3. What we keep and why

Some data must be retained to comply with legal, tax, or contractual obligations:

  • Payment and invoice records: retained for the period required by Swiss commercial and tax law.
  • Contractual records: retained for up to 10 years after the end of the business relationship under Swiss commercial law.
  • Legal claims and dispute records: retained as long as necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Anonymised analytics: aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.

4. Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we need additional time for legal reasons. If that happens, we will inform you and explain the delay.

5. Data belonging to other people

If your MarKomX account includes data about other individuals (for example colleagues, customers, or leads), we may need additional confirmation before deleting that data. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to request deletion of any third-party data you provided to us.

6. AI model training

Your data is never used to train shared or public AI models. Deleting your account removes any project-specific data from our active systems.
